1. Scope of This Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all content created, submitted, uploaded, shared, or generated through TarotGuide.net. It covers every feature of the service and the content forms involved, including:
- AI tarot readings: the questions and follow-up questions you ask in tarot readings, and the interpretations generated
- AI tarot reader chats: the messages you send in AI tarot reader conversations and the responses generated
- Comments and feedback: any other text, comments, or feedback you submit to us
You are responsible for all content you submit or generate, including your questions, messages, and generated outputs. If you are unsure whether content is permitted, do not submit it.
2. Prohibited Content
The following categories of content are prohibited on TarotGuide.net. Each category is listed individually so the standards are clear to every user:
- Pornographic and sexually explicit content (NSFW): any depiction of sexual acts, nudity intended for sexual arousal, or other explicit sexual material.
- Violent and gory content: gratuitous violence, gore, torture, mutilation, or the glorification of physical harm.
- Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Content that endangers children (CSAM): any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We report confirmed instances to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: content that impersonates another person, synthesizes a real person's likeness (including face swaps) without their consent, or is designed to deceive others about the identity of the person depicted.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
In addition, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Terrorist content, or instructions for creating weapons capable of mass destruction
- Content inciting violence or genocide against any group
- Non-consensual sexual content involving real persons, including "undress" style image transformations
- Misinformation intended to cause public harm, and content that presents AI-generated material as genuine human works to deceive others
- Spam, bulk automated content generation, or prompts designed to bypass the safety mechanisms of the platform or its underlying models
Zero-tolerance violations: content in categories 4 (CSAM), terrorist content, and non-consensual sexual content involving real persons leads to immediate removal and permanent account termination, and we reserve the right to report such conduct to the competent authorities.
3. Content Moderation
We maintain a content moderation system to enforce this policy:
- Automated screening: user prompts and uploaded inputs are scanned by automated content-safety screening before AI generation begins. Requests that violate this policy may be blocked before any content is generated, with an on-screen notice.
- Manual review: our team reviews flagged content, user reports, and suspicious activity. Accounts under review may have generation features temporarily restricted.
- Periodic audits: we regularly sample and audit generated content and enforcement actions to improve detection and keep this policy effective.
4. Reporting Content
If you encounter content that you believe violates this policy, you can report it:
- By email: send the content link, a description of the violation, and (if available) a screenshot to [email protected] with the subject line "Content Report"
We handle reports confidentially, review each one objectively, and take action according to the enforcement ladder below. Reports made in bad faith or intended to harass other users may themselves be treated as violations.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following measures, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:
- A warning notice
- Removal of the violating content
- Restriction of AI generation features or reduced usage limits
- Temporary suspension of the account
- Forfeiture of unused credits obtained through fraudulent or abusive conduct
- Permanent termination of the account
- Referral to law enforcement or other authorities where required by law
Where credits or features are forfeited as a direct result of a violation of this policy, they are non-refundable.
6. Appeals
If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by replying to the notice you received or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Appeal". Appeals are reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision, generally within 5 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or moderation practices. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be signaled by updating the date below. Your continued use of TarotGuide.net after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
