What Happens to the Feedback You Send

Every message that reaches us is read and sorted by type. These four categories cover almost everything we receive, and each one has a clear place in the product it can change.

Card meanings and reading quality

If a meaning feels off or an interpretation ignores the cards you drew, we re-check the 78-card entry, the spread positions and your question, then correct the data or the prompt behind it.

Feature requests

Suggestions are logged together with the situation that prompted them. Requests that keep returning move up the roadmap, and whatever ships is listed on the updates page.

Bugs and technical problems

A report that names the page, the spread and the time lets us reproduce the fault, confirm it and ship a fix. Corrections that change readings are noted in the update log.

Billing and credits

Billing and credit messages are reconciled against the ledger, from the 1-credit short readings up to the 3-credit Celtic Cross and birth card report. Wrong balances and charges get corrected.

How to Write Feedback We Can Act On

Four things worth including. Taken together they usually turn a complaint into something we can reproduce, confirm and fix.

1

1. Say where it happened

Name the page and the spread: the tarot card generator, a daily draw, the Celtic Cross, the birth card calculator, the pricing page. An exact page name is often enough to find the code path.

2

2. Include the question and the cards

Paste the question you typed, the cards that came out, their positions and whether each was upright or reversed. Reproduction is far faster when we can lay out the same reading again.

3

3. Describe what you expected instead

One sentence on what you expected and what you actually got is more useful than a rating. If the reading came from Moonlight Yao or Stella Rivers, say which of the two it was.

4

4. Add something verifiable

A screenshot, the approximate time and the email on your account help us find the exact session. Do not send card numbers or passwords, we never need them for any report.

Feedback Questions

What people ask before and after sending a message: reply times, anonymous reports, public use of what you write, and where billing disputes belong.
